draw soso’s adventure!

We are excited to present our upcoming exhibition 🎪DRAW SOSO’S ADVENTURE🎪 by Soyoen Lee opening on Thursday 8 August from 6-8pm! Please join us 🎉🥂🦭

The exhibition celebrates Soyeon’s six years in the Netherlands, with artworks inspired by her experiences of colourful friendships, lots of tears, and a touch of kimchi and kaas.

I first came across Soyeon’s work during her graduate show at WDKA and fell in love with her bright primary colours and charming observations of Dutch culture. I followed her journey for a while and we’re so excited to bring you on an adventure through a collection of risographs, printed illustrative works, and a few collaborative ceramic pieces! 

As part of the exhibition we have some fun collaborations/events happening: 
🍅 Our friend Gigi from Damchi Kimchi will be making Kimchi Bloody Marys to share with you on opening night - yummo!

✂️ Soyeon will be hosting a story-telling zine workshop on Sunday 11 August 4.00 - 6.00pm - bookings can be made here!

🥬 Our beloved Damchi Kimchi x pansy memory jar workshops will be held during the exhibition
