"We all have a special shop that lit up our childhood—where candy jars sparkled like treasure chests and shelves overflowed with trinkets and wonder. For me, it was a little shop filled with toys and sweets, a magical world I wish I could step into just one more time.

🍭The Sweetest Shop🍭 is a devoted celebration of those joyful places, whether from around the world or tucked away in our fondest memories. Through colorful, candy-inspired ceramics, the solo exhibition invites you to relive a tiny bit of magic, nostalgia, and pure delight of stepping into a place where everything felt possible."

Odette Muijsers is a Dutch artist based in Amsterdam, known for her whimsical, candy-themed ceramic artworks inspired by childhood nostalgia. Her handcrafted pieces often depicting sweets like lollipops, chocolates, and candies, capture the joy of stepping into a beloved candy shop. Drawing from memories of Sunday mornings spent selecting treats, she infuses her work with warmth and playfulness.
