REBECCA STROEVEN: 3 different die-cut sticker designs, made from vinyl (waterproof)

  • Tamagotchi

  • Charm Phone

  • Childhood Make Up

About the exhibition
We invited some of our favourite artists and makers from around the world to create works inspired by their own interpretations or feelings around ‘nostalgia’ ✨ from our childhood & teenagehood which may bring up sparkly memories of lava lamps, tamagotchis, the smell of lunchboxes, trips to stationery stores, sandwiches, summer mornings, your fave stuffed animal, flip phones and so much more!

We are avid sticker lovers at pansy, so it felt fitting to put all these feelings into a medium that is immediate, heartwarming, accessible, cute and fun. We invite you to take a journey back to your inner self, bring back some precious memories, with simple gestures of swapping, sticking, sharing 🩷

About the artist
If artist Rebecca Stroeven were to describe her work, it is immediately a burst of color. However, upon further examination, one can see an intriguing layered process in which she subtly intertwines memories and influences from her childhood. Her works are never monochromatic but instead, they form vibrant palettes that invite careful observation, allowing viewers to discover multiple layers. Inspired by textures, nature, and art, she creates a diversity of cheerful, inspiring prints that brighten up many homes.
